Banner Ad Rates These rates are based on quartly and yearly rate blocks. The banner ad can be placed for a fixed period of time (e.g. one month) and billed. The banner ad will run until agreement is complete. Invoices are sent via email only. Terms are 30 net from invoice date. Reports A summary report of billable impressions will be generated and emailed upon request. Summaries are based on web server log files maintained by Loadhaul.com. Reports are generated by Loadhaul's log analysis server (Cpanel). The Loadhaul.com server log file is available for inspection and outside auditing if necessary. How to place a banner ad 1. Email your request to advertising@loadhaul.com. 2. Select your banner package and pick period of time. 3. Specify: o Graphic name o Your URL o Billing address o Mailing address o Phone number o Weekly report email address o Any special requirement 4. 4. You will receive an Advertising Order Agreement stating the starting date, ending date or total impressions, and estimated cost. You can see a sample of this agreement here. 5. 5. Billing will begin after the end of the first calendar month following the starting date. Banner ad Design We offer low rates on banner ad design of all types: gif, animated gif, flash, and jpeg. Average banner ad design cost is $200. Just send us an email. Banner Sizes accepted (all sizes defined as standard by the IAB)
